Site 404 after phlox update

  • After upgrading phlox + wordpress to the latest versions the site is now offline with a 404.

    PHP Error log is

    [22-May-2023 06:09:16 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function auxin_kses() in /home2/<useraccount>/public_html/wp-content/plugins/auxin-elements/includes/elements/image.php:563

    I can’t find any documentation / reference as to why this would now be occurring.

    Elementor : 3.13.2
    PHlox Pro : 5.3.8
    WordPress : 6.2.2
    PHP 7.3 (tried 7.4 / 8.0 same issue)

  • Hey, fluffyduck, it looks like the “Shortcodes and extra features for Phlox theme” plugin is causing your issue.

    Try deactivating the plugin temporarily to see if that resolves the problem.
