Singlepic without hyperlink

@brazajar – The SinglePic display will create a link that opens the Lightbox Effect you have selected, if you do not want it to link to a URL then make sure the “link” parameter is not set under Gallery > Gallery Settings …

… hopefully this addresses your concern, otherwise we will likely need more details about what you are wanting/expecting to better provide an answer.

thanks for you advice … but it doesnt work for me.

I made a sample page with picture where I try to show what I want.

I would like to have second image, inserted using NextGen shortcode [singlepic id=xxx], without hyperlink.

In Gallery setting I have this settings:

under Gallery -> Gallery settings -> NextGEN Basic SinglePic:
Link Target – no avatar
Template – no template selected

under Gallery -> Other Options -> Lightbox effect:
Effect to use: no effect
Where to apply effect: only on NextGen and WordPress Picture

I tried to translate the option settings from my czech wordpress/plugin version, I hope my translation is understandable.

@brazajar – As far as I can see your settings appear to be correct … as to using the “checkbox” to insert an image using the SinglePic option, this is working as expected.

You should still be able to select the image from your NextGEN Gallery library and not use the SinglePic option if you are trying to insert the image via the “Add Media” button. In that case it should work the same as the first example image on the link you provided.
