  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with adding colors to your feed.

    1. Are you sure you have tried all color-attributes in the drop-downs on the field mapping?
    2. Is the content of your feed perhaps cached by a 3th party caching plugin or server-side (object) caching?
    3. Are you sure your feed is still properly updating?

    Best,

    CJ

    Hi,

In order for us to have a closer look can you please share the following with us:

    1. Your product feed URL
    2. The plugin debug.log URL so we can tell how you configured your feed. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Hi,

I don’t know, if I should send the product feed here or elsewhere, do you have any solutions?

Thanks for sending over the debug.log URL and product feed. We had a look at both and can confirm that your feed is updating properly so that is not causing the issue at hand.

The only real option for this not working is that you do have mapped a wrong attribute to Google’s g:color field. I would advise you to add custom label 0 to 4 field mappings to your feed configuration and map all individual color related attributes to those custom labels to see which one is showing a color value after updating your feed. Than you know what the correct attribute is to use for your g:color field.

Hello, I have same problem. I have created single products with brand attribute. Attributes working good in eshop for filter. But in feed is this attribute missing. Tried also link other attributes for g:brand but all attributes is not showing in feed. I have HPOS activated and tried to deactivate, result is same and brand was missing in feed. I have latest WP/WC/Product feed pro plugin and PHP 8.1 with 512 Ram. Error log is empty and plugin log is here:

    Hi,

Please add a link to the debug.log. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Dear Support Team,

I followed your instructions and mapped the “Custom Label 0” to “Couleur Custom Attribute”. When I search for “custom” using Ctrl + F in the feed, the attribute appears for some products but not for all.

I would like to emphasize that the method I use to individually add the color to each product is consistent across my entire catalog. Therefore, it is perplexing why the attribute is successfully applied to some products but not to others, given there is no variance in my approach.

Could you please advise on why this might be happening and how I can ensure the attribute is consistently applied to all products?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi,

There must be a difference between products that do show the color in your feed and the ones that don’t. Perhaps it is product type or perhaps it still is a different attribute that you are using?

The plugin is really consistent. It cannot be the case that when products are configured identically the color randomly shows for some products and for others not.
