• Greetings — We are configuring your plugin for PingIdentity; this is being done by my IT admin, not me, but I’m attempting to provide assistance. I have two (I’d assume unrelated) questions so far:

    1. We have provided the Single Sign-On URL. With the plugin enabled and “Enable SAML authentication” on, will this redirect calls to wp-login.php to the SSO portal? Currently I get a blank screen when I go to wp-login.php with SAML authentication enabled; i.e., I’m not redirected to the SSO URL. Alternatively, I can go directly to the SSO URL and authenticate successfully, but when (automatically) directed back to the WordPress site I’m not logged in. In short, it’s not yet working…ideas?
    2. For some reason I frequently (but not always) get “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” when I attempt to access the Identity Provider tab (or sometimes the other tabs) on your plugin settings page…this is just a minor annoyance at present, but thought I’d get that cleared up too. (I’m superadmin status on the multisite where it’s installed.)

    Sure appreciate your guidance.

    Jim P.

  • 1. Not sure on this one… might be a bad entityID.
    2. I was getting this a lot too. It seems liek this is a result of trying to make this plugin work with multi-site. Are you using WordPress multi-site?
