Single Sign On between WordPress and Drupal

  • Hey,

    i was wondering whether its possible to share the user database between WordPress and Drupal so that users from WordPress are automatically logged in on Drupal when they sign in. Or have the same username and password for both sites (having to login twice is no problem)

    I’m sure it could be done however, I haven’t seen any instances of it. Since they are configured differently, one installation would need to be custom coded to connect to the right tables of the other database.

    What if i create a simple mysql auto script to copy the user table from Drupal to WordPress every day?
