Single Row Instead of Columns w/Thumbnail Gallery and Tagcloud

    The thumbnail gallery and tagcloud on my Photo Décor Galleries page (my site is LucyIsLight.com)both show as one row on the left side instead of 3 columns.

    Viewing the page through Dashboard, everything looks fine. It does look like when you go straight to the site, the thumbnails are grouped vertically in the different row sets, but of course I want 3 columns, not one row.

    I’m using a Virtue Child Theme. I posted this originally under another topic and Cais suggested trying the 2013 theme to see if it’s still an issue–but I’m new to all of this and don’t want to mess anything up.

    If anyone has solved this problem or has suggestions, please chime in. Thanks in advance for the help.

    @bb102 – Temporarily switching themes is usually safe to do … you can also (in many cases) just use the “Live Preview” as well to show the general layout/display of a site.

    Just go to Appearance > Themes … and then click on the “Live Preview” button you see when you hover over one of the inactive themes you have installed.

    Hi Cais. I looked at the page in the 2013 theme, and the problem persists, so it’s not the theme. I would appreciate any suggestions.

    @bb102 – Are you using a custom template for your thumbnail displays? if not, then we may need to have a look under the page at your site.

    Can you submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) with your site’s specifics. We will need log in and possibly FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well, please include those with your Bug Report.

    Hi Cais!

    About how long do you think it will take to see if you can fix the problem? I’m dealing with a friend’s emergency and trying to get my schedule organized (determining when I can work on the site).

    @bb102 – I suspected it was theme related but you wrote that you checked and it is not, so I cannot say how long it will take to review and/or correct at this time.

    Hi Cais. I’ve come up with a solution that will work for me right now, so you don’t have to work on my specific case any further.

    I will subscribe to your updates though to see if anyone else has the same problem and if you resolve it. Thanks for your help.

    Hi Cais.

    I just decided to move the tagcloud from the footer to a sidebar on that page. And I will live with how the gallery looks for now.
