When I use a name or description enclosed by double quotes that contain a single quote (e.g. name=”Jim’s name”) I get an error Invalid item price. I can replace the single quotes with the HTML entity ', but then this shows up instead of the quote in the Stripe payment pop-up.

What is the whole shortcode that you are using?

Here is the shortcode I used. I believe I tried it with only one of the words having the single quote also.

    [accept_stripe_payment price="396.00" name="Healing the Warrior's Heart" description="Healing the Warrior's Heart 11-day intensive group experience." button_text="Pay Now" class="et_pb_button"]

When I did this, the parameter was truncated at the single quote.

    Thanks for looking into this.

Hey so looking at your shortcode it looks like there might be a confusion here with our plugin and another one possibly. Our shortcode is just [stripe] and the one you have posted here is [accept_stripe_payment].

Please let me know if I am incorrect or missing something here though.

I just did a look around and it looks like you must be using this one:

I am going to go ahead and mark this resolved.

Nick: I’m so sorry! I can’t believe I went to the wrong plugin for support. What a doofus… ?? Thank you for your patient and courteous reply.
