    Hi,

We are facing a weird issue. If a customer orders 10 quantities of a product, those 10 quantities will be listed as 10 items on the edit order page. Each order item will only have one quantity.

    Can you please help?

    Hello Vishal Lohar

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

The issue you have described appears to be a result of plugin/code conflict.
May I ask when this problem started?

To help you further, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

I would need the URL of your site so I can check this issue.
So please do not redact the URL of the site from the SSR.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hi @vlohar08

    Thanks for sharing further details.

I tried to reproduce the error, but I wasn’t successful. I also searched in our GitHub repo but found no similar reports. Does this happen with every order you place?

However, to troubleshoot the issue further, can you please update WooCommerce to the latest version, then head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

Next conduct a conflict test since you have lot of plugins active, and using a custom theme.

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

Next, please clear your browser and site cache and then try placing another order to replicate the issue.

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.
