    Hello guys,

I am selling digital artworks, with two categories. Which are downloadable products.

1st standard – is general artwork, which can be purchased as many time as they want. Means these products remains in catalogue even after buying multiple time from different users. I have no issues with this.

    but

2nd Type – Unique Premium Digital Artwork – Which are single time purchase, means when i create this type of product it gets listed in catalogue but when someone buys this product, once he download it. It gets removed for product listing or not available to buy second time to anyone once it is sold as it is premium. here I have Problem. How to set this product in WooCommerce that once it is purchased it get removed from product listing / catalogue?

I am not IT guy, I am mostly relaying on plugins and i am single man army. I am good at designing and wants to sell my digital art works.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.

I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.

You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

There are no possibility of adding some feature like digital downloadable product for such features? like we have stock for physical product, there should be some feature for digital downloadable products as well. Forgive me if I am being unreasonable being non IT guy.

    Hello,

There is a setting for automatically hiding products when they are out of stock. Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Out of stock visibility, and check Hide out of stock items from the catalog.

For the premium digital artwork, you can tick “Enable stock management at product level”, set stock quantity to 1, and select “Do not allow” for backorders.

With these settings, the premium digital artwork will be automatically hidden once sold.
