    Hello.

Check your settings in Theme Options/Footer tab and your widgets which you set to the footer’s area.

    Regards.

Thanks for your reply. That wasn’t the problem. The Explore block is working perfectly on all pages except the single property pages. Whether I disable or enable the Explore block, it is always there empty. Have made sure to delete the theme’s overriding property.php, but even the default property.php for the plugin doesn’t change it.

What version of Denali and WP-Property are you using? Probably you need to update them.

My Denali version is 3.1.3 and WP-Property is 1.42.4 . What is the latest Denali version?

Looks like I am going to have to get my client to do some digging for the account information. Is there any other way I can get the update since it doesn’t appear that updates are built into the theme? (I know this is wp-property’s support)

    Thanks Maria.

Check Appearance/Theme Options/Help tab that you do not check option
    “Ignore new Denali Version updates.”

Than you should have ability to update theme.
Also you can download latest version of Denali in your UD Account.
