Please add the following to Appearance–> Customize–> Additional CSS:

.woocommerce div.product p.stock {
    color: #000;
}

Feel free to change the color using hex values – #000 is black. You can use this page to find the hex values for other colors.

Could you explain what you’re trying to achieve a bit more for me?

About the shipping cost, found the answer. It was free version of woocart plugin and you need to buy premium to show that cost.
