Im using the [product_page id=”XXXXX”] shortcode to embed my products onto certain pages but iv noticed an issue. It works perfect except that it seems to use a older template when I use the shortcode vs the actual product page. on the actual product page it uses a more modern looking links for the descriptions/reviews/additional info tabs that works well on mobile but when i use the [product_page id=”12211″] shortcode it uses an older looking Tabs for descriptions/reviews/additional that doesnt looks as good on mobile is there anyway to get the [product_page id=”12211″] to look the same as the product page? Iv tried different themes as well and its the same issue.

    Hi there,

I’ve done some testing on my personal site while checking in mobile view, however the regular product page and the product page generated by the shortcode appear almost identical, including the descriptions/reviews/additional info tabs.

The only difference I noticed is that the links on the page with the shortcode appear to have underlines, while the product page Additional Info/etc links have the underline removed.

You mentioned trying with different themes — did you try with the default Storefront theme and compare?

Please send over some screenshots of what you are seeing on your end so we can see what you are referring to.

    Hi there!

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I’m asking because this is what I see using Storefront:

    Product Page:

    Product-page
    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/h5NsVb

    Shortcode:

    shortcode
    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/GvCzDo

The only difference I’m seeing is with the page title, which is expected.
