Single Product page image changed after update

    Hello,

    Before the updates I had the ability to choose the product image size, now that it’s on customizer, I have only the option to choose the ratio on the product thumbnail and catalog, the image on single product page changed, it is getting a thumbnail size, despite I used to use 620 x 400px for single is this the “correct” behaviour? How can I change back to how it was?

    Hi @biancamobilitec – your site looks like it has a lot of customization on it – could you tell us how you’ve done that?

    Also, under Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images, could you check if changing the settings there has an effect?

    I’ve customized it thru child theme style.css page and storefront powerpack. The only option that I have on customize is Thumbnail cropping, it has effect on store catalog, but nothing happens on single product page.

    Another thing that has changed was that the store catalog wasn’t enabled to display with 3 rows, but I’ve corrected that with a snippet on functions.

    Could you maybe try regenerating your thumbnails?

    Sorry for the late reply.

    I’ve already regenerated all thumbnails and tried some snippets on functions.php, nothing worked.

    On my store now I have – woocommerce_single: 416×0 pixels, but before the update, it was configured to 620×0 pixels

    I would like to be able to change the image size, not only the ratio.

    About the “products per row issue” I had tried first to change it on customizer, but it wasn’t working, the only solution was to change it trough functions.php. But that’s probably a problem on powerpack and not on the theme it self.

    Since you’re using Powerpack, I would suggest to contact us through WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. That way we can help you with more details.

    Hi @biancamobilitec – this specific problem with the gaps is connected to Powerpack and the max-width. It’ll be fixed in Powerpack 1.4.5, which is coming soon.
