Single Product Mutli Vendor, auto approve draft products?

When vendors “add product to store” the product becomes a draft. I want it to be automatically published, because users can only add products made by admins anyway.

When products are a draft it also lets users edit the product, which I don’t want them to be able to do.

How can I make products be automatically published without needing admin approval, and without it going to draft first?
