    Please see the screenshot below.

I’m experiencing an issue specifically with my single product layout. I contacted my hosting provider’s support team. They reviewed the error logs and identified an Elementor error. They then directed me to contact you for further assistance.

When I attempt to edit the single product layout, I encounter a fatal error. Additionally, if I try to edit the layout with Elementor, the preview fails to load.

It’s important to note that I’ve also tried reverting to a previous version of Elementor, but the problem persists.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting us.

To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.

Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features

Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:

    • Improved CSS Loading?– An experiment that only loads the CSS of widgets on a page once, in order to prevent multiple requests to the server. With this experiment, CSS files are loaded as inline style tags.
    • Inline Font Icons?– This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performanc

I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

    Kind regards,

I followed your instructions and deactivated all plugins. I also switched to the Twenty Nineteen theme, but unfortunately, the errors are still happening. What can I do now?

    Hello @ebrahim016!
    Thank you for contacting us.

I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.

In this case, I understand you are using Woodmart theme and its Layouts feature to create your WooCommerce template, but be aware this is a third-party theme.
Read this post as a reference: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or control of third-party plugins/themes and their features.
Please try contacting the author of your plugin, for extra guidance: https://xtemos.com/forums/forum/woodmart-premium-template/

I hope this can help you. I’m closing this thread.

    Regards.
