• Hi, the plugin has been working for past year without a problem. It worked fine yesterday too and I have not logged into my admin dashboard for maybe two weeks. So I know I did not do any setting changes.

However today out of nowhere, the counter stops showing the count on the front end, but if I go to Edit Post, I see it has a count. If I refresh the single post from the front end, then I refresh it Edit Post from the backend, it shows the increase in view. So my issue it it is not showing the change in the front end anymore.

    [pvc_stats postid=”” increase=”1″ show_views_today=”0″]

Above is the shortcode I have had in my Single Post of the theme for the past year. Like I said, it was working find without a problem until yesterday.

    Hello @muadmz

This seems to be just an issue on your site – as it works fine in testing – here is an example site – That site is latest version of all software.

I see the page you linked to has error logged in the console

    Uncaught TypeError: c is null
        setHandlerById https://sandhaanu.today/wp-content/plugins/javaabu-thaana-3/res/js/jtk-4.2.1.pack.js?ver=4.2.1 line 8 > eval:1
        setHandlerByClass https://sandhaanu.today/wp-content/plugins/javaabu-thaana-3/res/js/jtk-4.2.1.pack.js?ver=4.2.1 line 8 > eval:1
        init https://sandhaanu.today/wp-content/plugins/javaabu-thaana-3/res/js/jtk-4.2.1.pack.js?ver=4.2.1 line 8 > eval:1
        onload https://sandhaanu.today/wp-content/plugins/javaabu-thaana-3/res/js/jtk-4.2.1.pack.js?ver=4.2.1 line 8 > eval:1
        onload https://sandhaanu.today/wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/lib/waypoints/waypoints.min.js?ver=4.0.2:1

My guess is that if you fix those errors the counter will be able to load the increased count.

    Thank you
    Steve

Thanks for the reply. I am using Elementor for my theme design. So would other plugins have that effect? Let me also try to create a clone of my site and disable those plugins and see if it resolves it. Will keep you updated.
