single-portfolio.php CSS problems

I set up the single-portfolio.php file and it works great, as seen here
https://www.ericmoss.ca/portfolio/twas-the-night-before-christmas/But the H2 tag won’t display the CSS that I have set up for it. It works on every other page of my website, but not on the portfolio pages. (see it working correctly here https://ericmoss.ca/about/)
Even the text at the bottom of the page (a typographic rendition of the… etc) works correctly which tells me that the file is correctly linked to the stylesheet. I’ve also “inspected the element” in Chrome and it shows that it should be showing up correctly.
I’ve even copied the contents of full-width-page.php directly and pasted it into single-portfolio.php but no luck.
Any idea?
