    Hi,

When I want to insert a single image into a post/page b clicking on media upload -> NextGen gallery -> select album -> select picture -> click on insert into..
Then a blank screen (blank media upload) will show up? And the image will not be imported?

I already tried to de activated all the other plugins. but that didn’t solved the problem.

@paulus244 – When inserting an image from a NextGEN Gallery library using the Add Media button you should not be arriving at an “upload” screen …

Start with clicking on the “Add Media” button; then click the NextGEN Gallery link in the left side of the pop-up window; choose your gallery and click select; then pick your image … clicking the Insert into Post button (by default) will add a thumbnail version of that image.

Please try the above and let us know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thanks for quick reaction.

I think i explained it wrong. But I did the exact same thing you saying above.
After I click on the ‘Insert into Post button’ it went to a blank screen. See screenshot: https://www.kbohhart.nl/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/Schermafbeelding-2016-12-15-om-16.13.44.png

@paulus244 – Did you also try temporarily switching to a default WordPress Twenty series theme as well when you were checking for conflicts with other active plugins?
