Single Person Not Showing Up

The staff list shortcode is working fine on https://www.namyac.com/agent
I’m trying to add single page shortcodes to individual’s sites and it’s not working.
Under Template Options>Single Page>Single Page URL I have put https://www.namyac.com/agent/profile
in each of my agents I have put a “pretty” Permalink
Both still only show “Why Single Page is blank?? Documentation.”:
