Single page navigation via header menu

Hi, using Rife Free at the moment.
I have created a single page website, which scrolls down through the following sections:
Games
Videos
About
Contact

I have menu tabs in the header corresponding to these sections name-wise, however, I have no idea how to assign them to specific locations on the website.
For example. If I am on the top of a website and click at “About”, it will instantly scroll all the way down to this section (without loading a separate page).

Is this possible?
