Single Opt-in notifications not sent

    I have these settings – single opt-in; Subscriber welcome email = yes; Mail to admin = yes; Admin email addresses is filled in; Admin mail content filled in.

    The admins are never notified when people join and people never get a confirmation email. I have 14 subscribers and whenever someone subscribes they are notified in the sign-up widget their subscription is confirmed.

    I have tried all 4 Mail types and no notifications to admins or subscribers is ever sent.

    I’m not going to set up any mail SMTP plug-in. I get email notifications from all other plug-ins just fine (Wordfence, Sucuri, contact forms).

    Using version 2.2 of your plug-in. Any ideas?

  • Hi dormaj,

    I have tested the plugin and found no issue on Single-Opt-In. Please deactivate and activate the plugin and try again. is notification and Send Email working in your server?

    I’ve deactivated the plug-in and installed another plug-in that worked as advertised out the gate. I needed to move on so I appreciate your reply but you can close this ticket.
