• I’m having this issue on multiple websites where if the jpg file name is a single word, other images override the image. I cannot seem to replicate this issue because it doesn’t happen to 100% of the single word jpgs.

    On https://hobcast.com/all-episodes/, the images horik.jpg, kozef.jpg, krait.jpg, liana.jpg are all getting replaced by ian-2.jpg.

On https://whitecedarclinic.com/our-team/, Denise.jpg got replaced with Nicole.jpg, and when I fixed the problem, Nicole.jpg got replaced with Denise.jpg. I fixed it one more time, and Denise.jpg got replaced with Nicole.jpg yet again.

Let me know if you need any more info to help try replicating this issue.

    Hi @objektivdigital,

Are you sure there’s something linked to reSmush.it plugin, as it only recreates thumbnails based on the name provided by the WP API, and this behaviour hasn’t changed on our plugin since 2016, and we never experienced (with 100,000 websites using this plugin) this issue :/

Is there something related with a custom development or a third party plugin used on both websites ? Have you tried to disabled the plugin ?

    Cheers,
    Charles
