single MP3 playing from DHTML – is this possible?

    uses client-side JavaScript to change MP3 URLs and relies on the resident HTML5 features which doesn’t work for a big list of OS/Browsers eg iPhone. (Aren’t Apple wonderfuel? (sic))
    The main website uses a WP plug-in and has no problems, the search page became so difficult to write code for that plug-in I gave up.

    The search page has 5 tracks with images and the JavaScript changes the URLs – effectively. Would the WD/Dewplayer work if the PHP code referenced 1 MP3 per instance (of 5 say) that would chane URLs many times?
