single map shortcode not working?

hello again! i have another question about the pro plugin. the shortcode for the single map is not working. i get this message in the console:
Uncaught SyntaxError: expected expression, got '<'.may i send you a mail with the link to the dev page and the password? thank you so much!

1 you need enable single shortcode on settings
2 you must configure filters for this
2.1 highlight the filter with the name of your post type
2.2 add it to the search
