single listing upload option for users saying ‘already used’ ??

    Guys what is going on, People on my site can not upload a ‘single listing’. When they select a package for single listing the button is saying ‘already used’ ?? This has never been a issue or setting I have had or want….Why is it doing this all of a sudden, I have customers unable to upload who usually upload with this feature no problem ??

    * I have just noticed this happened since changing my plans to all free. I had some paid and some free. Now they are all free and this causes the issue? when all the plans are free, I have to make a plan which is paid for..Is there a way to have all free with this issue?

    Thank you…I have infact used your system before to try and get some features put in place which was offered to me but no -1 got back to me. I ended up getting another company to do it..
