Single image padding in WP 4.0

I’ve seen suggestions about changing the CSS for padding images. I do not want to do this for my entire site (www.ugbag.com), but only for the front page. Here’s what’s happening:

On the front page, after the first paragraph I have a bulleted list of features. When I add the image, regardless of size, the bullets go “behind” the image and are no longer visable.

Can the padding be added via the Text editor in the page? I know this is a tired horse I’m beating, but I miss the old way of being able to add padding, borders, etc (way back in 3.8 I think).
