single events return page not found

    I am using the customizr theme with the latest events manager. all my single events pages return page not found those the are listed in the calendar and event list. I have tried everything in every support question on this issue I have found. Like resetting the permalinks in the EM settings and wordpress. But nothing works. Been at this for two dates with no results.

    Is there a way to reset EM to default setting so I can start from clean slate?
    Can any one help?

    just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems
