    Hello,

I have updated WP to 5.03 and Salient Theme to 10.1

Now I recognized, that all standard information of the Events are missing on the single event page.

    What could I do?

    Best regards

    Hans

  • Hello,

Could We perhaps know what standard information are you looking for? You could customize the event output under Events > Settings > Formatting > Single events page format. You could then put placeholders of the Event Information that you’re looking for. Here is a link of all the placeholders We have. https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/placeholders/

    Hi,

    thanks for your fast reply.

Normally there qs the Event titel, event categories and event location on the top of the page.
I did not any change in the formatting fields on Events > Settings > Formatting > Single events page format

The placeholders are there, but the section isn_t shown on the page.

    Thanks

    Hans

that’s weird, you can try new plugin WP Safe Mode to narrow down the issue without actually deactivating other plugin or theme.

    Solved by using another plugin.
