    Hi,

I don’t understand why the placeholder is not working. When you click on it, it redirects to the same event, like a loop. And the #_EVENTWEBCALLINK doesn’t even work.

The URL generated by #_EVENTICALLINK is https://yarok-hok.com/events/smart-marketing-for-your-startup/ical/. Shouldn’t it be a filed .ics?

All of this happens with every event, the one we are talking about is just an example. You can’t see the link on the page because I can’t leave it not working, as it’s a client’s webpage.

    Thank you,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

we tried this on our test server using EM 5.9.5 and EM Dev version 5.9.5.2 and seems to be working fine.

For dev version upgrade – https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/upgrade-dev-version/

also, just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

OK, thanks. It seems that the problem is coming from WPML. I’ll try to contact them.
