Single event does not render the single-event.php file.

    I am using the free version of the tribe events plugins. I have updated the default template in my custom theme in this route [my-theme/tribe-events/default-template.php]. The events are showing on template files well but when I click on a single event it renders the default template files rather rendering the single-event.php.

    Any suggestions, please?

    Did you mean to use the path “my-theme/tribe-events/single-event.php”?
