Single Download does not appear

  • We use the same contact form in several places, with different downloads. In places where there is more than one download, the checkboxes and download names appear above the form as expected, but when there is only one download, nothing appears.

    With current latest versions:
    Email Before Download: 5.1.6
    Download Monitor: 4.0.3
    Contact Form 7: 5.0

    Theme: Halcyon 1.0.0

    I’m not sure what you’re asking. The form on the page provided seems to be working fine. I filled out the form and was served a file.
