    Hi

When I activate the Second Panel made with HTML, it puts the dashboard into a single column. Which is rather annoying for an Admin as all the monitoring widgets are not easily visible.

If i turn the Second Panel off for Admins it restores the two+ columns.

Is there a way to allow the Second Panel to be active and the dashboard to be in two columns?

    Thanks

    Hi @awr10e ,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I took a look at this and I could not recreate the issue. The only way I think this could happen is if you enabled the checkbox to “Make full-width”, for either of the dashboard panels.

Can you please confirm this not enabled, and if so we will look into this further.

    Thanks

    Hi

Yes the Make full-width toggle is enabled on the Add Your Own Welcome Panel (which is disabled for admins).

I tried disabling the Make full-width toggle and re added the second panel for admins and it still defaults to single column.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply.

We have tried to recreate what you described, but we can’t. Is it possible for you to make a quick video showing how you are set up? I am pretty sure we will be able to assist you after that.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thank you so much for this, it was very helpful. You can delete the video if you want, we took a copy of it.

We recreated what you did, and it worked fine for us, so we think the issue might actually be in the HTML you are using the panel.

Can you please paste it here (remove the link urls if you wish), and we can try it.

Hopefully we are getting closer to solving this.

    Thanks

    Hi

Thanks for your help. After reviewing the code there was an orphaned </div> lurking at the end, got rid of that and all works.

    Thanks again
