Single conditional select with multiple tables

I’m trying to build a multiple table form with single select option, on WordPress. A plugin would be great since the website is going to be managed by someone else not expert in coding – but I don’t know if this is possible.

Saying that, I’ll trying to explain a bit better what I mean.

I’ll have 3 tables, and the 2° and 3° are going to display options (or to make clickable) depending on the answer on the 1°, and then 2° choice. At the 3° choice, something will appear. A real example can be found in most of the pages for drivers’ download – example: you select your category, then your product, then your OS, and at the end you find below the links.

The categories that I need are continent -> country -> city. At the end I’ll show the details related to the city – a contact form, number, email and name.

Is there any chance to create this with some plugins? I found a few form builders but there’s no way to create conditions – as far as I dug in!
