Single column of circles

I’m helping a friend with his site and I saw this theme and really liked it. However, I’d really like to keep the circle presentation on the homepage to one column. I’ve set the background image to right justified and don’t want the circles to cover that if I can help it. I’ve looked all thru the css and can’t find anything I feel will help. Thanks in advance.
