I’m trying to use this shortcode to add indavidual categories on different pages on the site: [directorist_all_listing category=”category-slug”] I have the right slub and all of the listings are connected to the right categories, but the listings are not showing up on the site. Everything looks right to me, so not sure why it’s not showing anything. We have a lot of categories on this particular site and will need pages for each category.

    Thanks!

    Hello @kailynn

Thank you for reaching us out.

The quotation mark doesn’t seem right, try using the ASCII or straight quotation mark ‘ ‘ or ” ” NOT the curved one ” ”.

Let me know if the issue exists.

@rafizsejim Thanks for responding! Sorry I didn’t respond right away.

I’ve been typing it the same way I have for other sites where it’s worked fine. I was able to get one page to work: https://kayahub.com/know/ with this shortcode: [directorist_all_listing category=”know”] but when I copy that same shortcode to another page and change the slug for the right category it doesn’t work. If I just paste it as is with the word “know” those listings show up, but if I change the category then all the listings disappear. For example, I have this page: https://kayahub.com/know/operations/diagnostics/ with this shortcode: [directorist_all_listing category=”diagnostics”] that category has 5 listings under it but none of them are showing up. I just don’t understand how it works for one category and not for another.

Thanks so much for your help!!!

    Hello @kailynn ,

    Thank you for your response.

It would be tough to guide without looking into it directly. However, as per my inspection, I was unable to find any listings in the “diagnostics” sub category. If you visit the following link https://kayahub.com/single-category/diagnostics/ then you will notice 0 listings found. However, if you visit the sub-category of the page “know” which is parent to the “diagnostics”, then you will see 11 listings found. https://kayahub.com/single-category/operations/

Please try the following shortcode and check if it displays the listings [directorist_all_listing category="operations"]. Therefore, please check again and make sure you actually have listings to that category. If you are sure then please check changing the theme if that resolves.

    Let us know your findings.

    Regards,
