Since WP3.4 Cannot ADD or EDIT themes via Dashboard

  • Running into a puzzling issue where anytime I attempt to add a new theme via the “Add New” (Themes) area, when I hit INSTALL I simply get taken to a 404 page on my server.

    Similar issue with the ability to EDIT themes via the Editor.

    I get to the editor screen, select the theme from the dropdown, but when I then attempt to choose a file to edit (footer.php for example) – I get taken to a 404 page.

    This happens with ALL themes.

    Any ideas of what could be causing this?

    WP 3.4, Multisite, BP 1.5.6
