• Hi there,
We did the 4.6.1 wordpress update last week on our website.
Since then, visual composer is not showing in back office. Well, we do have the title bar “VISUAL COMPOSER / CLASSIC MODE / FRONT-END” but just underneath it, where we usually get our blocks to edit pages, portfolio item, etc. it remains empty.

So we can’t add new elements to our website or new portfolio item in order to send newsletter and for our potential client to see.

When we click on “CLASSIC MODE” we can see the text and images between html element such as [vc_row css=…] but it has been quite difficult to get on with this kind of technic to get our website going…

We have other website under wordpress which doesn’t seem to have the problem.

Is the issue from WordPress? From the theme we use (Rockfolio)? From a combination of both?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

  • Visual Composer is a third party plugin. Any issues related to Visual Composer should be addressed in their support forum. That is the right place to get correct answers/help about that plugin.
