Language is not always about location. ??

Do you have your browser set to accept the Russian language?

For example, in Chrome, go to Settings, then search for Language (Chrome has a search box for their settings, makes this easy).

There you will find a “Order languages based on your preference” setting. Chrome actually sends these languages to sites as part of the request header. We use that information to determine your language, or rather, what languages your browser says you accept.

So, if that is set, then it doesn’t matter where you are, you’ll get Russian. Geo-location is still used as a fallback, but it’s also not a particularly accurate one. But what your browser sends is absolutely accurate, as you have control over it.

    Thanks,
    I see, it’s interchangable:

?skiepi? direktorija yra i?versta ir ? kitas kalbas, pavyzd?iui Lietuvi? kalba, Русский.

I’ts some plugin or native WP feature?

It’s custom code on our site that detects the use of other languages in the browser and tries to direct you to a localized version. We use it in a few places here. Mostly it works great. Sometimes, it can be a bit off. ??
