Since we changed server

Hi, since we’ve changed server, we have problem to load all of our sites. Sometimes they just load half. We always have to refresh several times. And when we save in the control panel, sometimes we loose it all…

We use now the vhost insted of the .htacess. I don’t really understand what’s wrong at this point. I never had this problem before.
