    Since wordpress has updated to Version 6.5.2 it seems the plugin is no longer working. The emails do not send with the way he templates were design, the preview displays “This email type can not be previewed please try a different order or email type.”, when I import the template that I had exported previously it does not update and if I select a prebuilt template I receive the “This email type can not be previewed please try a different order or email type.” as well.

    Thanks for reaching out. I can’t recreate an issue with 6.5.2.

    The notice you shared can happen when the preview order is missing or missing data. Can you tell me what you have selected under: “Email Type and Text > Preview Order” in the settings? Have you tried changing this?

    Have you tried deactivating plugins to test?

    Hi Ben, Thank you for the quick response. I went back in and changed the Email Type and Text > Preview Order” in the settings AND re-imported the original settings I had and it is now working.

    I am not sure what caused the outage, but it is now working again. Thank you.

    Thanks for the follow up! Glad it’s working. I would guess the preview order was sent to an order that has since been removed but hard to know.

    Hi, I have a similar issue.
    the email preview is perfect, but the email that comes in a real order is different (more or less the same of the original Woocommerce.
    And another problem is that on the right side, using the plugin, I don’t get the email preview but the site page (please look a t images).
    Could you please help me, thanks a lot.

    PS I’m using 6.5.2 WP version

    Hello @supergap,

    You mentioned two problems. One problem is the email you receive. A different problem is that you see the site in the customizer, not the email template.

    Unfortunately, I can not recreate either of these issues. Please follow the steps in Kadence’s troubleshooting article, which include clearing your cache and checking for plugin conflicts. I also recommend deleting and reinstalling the plugin to see if that helps the problem.
