• Since Kadence 3, which by and large we are a fan of:

    • 1. Create a 1 column Row Layout.
    • 2. Set it to “alignfull” – note it will use the default padding on the left and right as set in our css. (which should be var(–global-content-edge-padding))
    • 3. Set a background color – note that padding-left and padding-right are now explicitly set (which seem unrelated) as style attributes on the .innerblocks-wrap, overriding the default

    Hi @askpivot,

Thanks for reaching out! I just tested this and on the front end it seems to be displaying as it should. Is that the case for you, or is the front end showing different padding as well? Can you post a link?

    Kindly,

    Hannah

You are correct! on the front end it displays correctly. The issue is on the backend. As soon as I set a background on a Row Layout, BAM, the default padding left and right is overridden.

Any updates on this? Thank you.

Hey, this should be resolved as of the latest update.
