since upgrade, lightbox effect has stopped working

Since upgrading to 2.0.7 (from 1.9.?) the lightbox effect on my images has stopped working and now they all just open full page. Do you know what might have caused this and if there is an easy fix? And if not, can i downgrade to the old version?
