Since updating to WP 5.5 WCK fields no longer save

Since updating to WP 5.5 / 5.5.1, all my custom fields created via WCK do not save. I open the post editor, add my content, and publish/update. It says post has been saved (does not fully refresh the page) but when i view it on front end, my fields do not appear (using elementor dynamic tags to display them). If i do a hard refresh on the post editor page, all the fields are empty.

I deactivated all other plugins except elementor since that’s required to show the field, and activated twentytwenty theme.
