Since updating to 3.1.9 today the sidebar has disappeared

    Hi, since updating to 3.1.9 earlier today the sidebar has disappeared.
    I am using a child theme and when logged in on the same browser the sidebar appears ( but not on other browsers ) but when I log out of admin it disappears again! Any body have any ideas?
