Since update to woocommerce 3.00 – cannot access the tabs at the product details

  • as I updated woocommerce to the version 3.00 I cannot access the tabs at the product details (general, inventory, shipping, linked products, attributes, variations….) – what can I do – do I have to beackup to the old version…?

  • Have you checked compatibility between the used plugins and WooCommerce 3.0? You probably have a plugin that is not working with WooCommerce 3.0. Your best solution is updating that plugin (try disabling all the plugins and activating one by one to find the culprit) or reverting back to the previous version of WooCommerce.

    Thanks very much – Now I know there is a incompatibility with woocommerce 3.0 and Ultimate Addons Visual Composer -. what can I do because when deactivating Ultimate Addons plugin Visual Composer the site is not working properly…?

    3.0.1 might improve it slightly. Hopefully they will update to select2 v4 if using v3 – thats where most of these incompatibilities are coming from.
