White Page: Since Update no courses are shown

    Since the new update the courses just show a white page. Is there anybody else with this problem?

    Thank you for reaching out. It seems you might be using the Pro plugin in addition to the main plugin. To resolve the issue of the courses showing a white page, please ensure that both the main plugin and the Pro plugin are updated to their latest versions.

    Thank you for your fast reply. We have updated everything and it is still a white page where the courses should be shown.

    Hello @achimfalk

    Could you please kindly provide the direct URL link to the course? Also, as for testing, I recommend you try to temporarily deactivate all the third-party extra plugins and try to activate one of the WordPress default themes on your site, and recheck again by deleting your browser cache as well
