Since the 2.0.27 the photo upload field is not working.

Hi @docandchef,

Do you have any minification plugins or server side caching active on your server?
Please exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if it helps.
Try to do a conflict test by disabling all plugins except Ultimate member and switching to the default WordPress theme.
Check developers console of your browser for any errors.

thank you for your answer. I found the conflict it’s with my child theme. But, I double check my code and still don’t work. Other people with child theme encounter the same problem? By the way, my theme is Divi and it works with it but not with the child theme.

Another problem:
A weird thing, in my 2 websites the exact same thing happen: I’ve found an ultimate member folder in my child theme.
The folders: “ultimate member”-> “email” with the files:
-changedaccount_email.php
-changedpw_email.php
-deletion_email.php
-inactive_email.php
-notification_new_user.php
-resetpw_email.php
-welcome_email.php

Is it normal?

Same problem after the latest UM update. Resolved the problem yesterday: We have now moved/ migrated our wp-site to another web host: Cheaper:-) but maybe more up to date with php, mysql AND settings + permissions…

NO DOUBTH: The problem was the web hotel/ web host!
