Since last update, all stock from location is removed

    Hi there,

    At last update, the plugin stayed unactivated and all stock qty per product at locations was removed? Main stock qty per product stayed intact though.

    Is there some way to get those qty′s back to locations?

    @millblad so after the update all the stock qty. fields are emptied?

    @fahadmahmood yes, they are set to “0” on all products on all locations (approx 3000)

    Get this message: The total stock does not match the sum of the locations stock. Please update this product to fix it or use cron jobs.

    But still stock qty. field is a different thing. Total stock qty. field is different. Please send a screenshot.

    Which version you were using prior? And recently updated to the recent one? Nobody else reported this issue yet.

    Strange, I will look into it if I can reproduce the problem.

    I′m running a WooMultistore with 3 stores. Had problems with the sync from the child stores for over 2 years. Have to adjust the stock manually on main store when orders are placed in child stores.

    Could this setup effect? Any news regarding WooMultistore?

    I didn’t check the scenario you are explaining here. If you have a backup kindly restore that and also downgrade the version to 1.8.3 if you are sure that updating the plugin created this problem. In case of emergency you may use the urgent help option under the help tab on settings page.

    We are working on a site that is doing the exact same thing.

    Products / all products

    Go to product – inventory / enable stock mgmt. at product level

    Save

    Stock locations

    Stock qty – put in # and stock qty # / update

    *it appears that it totals the stock qty appropriately, but then there as a message in yellow – Msg in yellow – the total stock does not match the sum … see cron jobs

    Trying to put stock amounts for the locations – website fine – and then next day it says 0 and out of stock.

    The same problem. After last update on product page stock location disappeared at all. But in edit mode stock location exists as on screenshots @millblad.

    Same issue @fahadmahmood ! I recently update the plugin and suddenly all the stock quantity goes 0
