Since I installed WordPress 4.0 I cannot make new posts

NEW POST:
When I open the Editing window, in the area where text of the post should be included, there is no cursor and I cannot paste my text or picture.
?What I have to do?
The Area where I put my posts is a white rectangle that doesn’t allow me to do anything. No cursor, No menus.
I can only put the title of the Post, Nothing more.
