Simply The Best

  • I’ve been using Basepress now for about a week and I must say — out of over a dozen plugins I’ve tried, this one is by far the best. Cloud KBs restrict functionality, but this is not one of those cloud-based KBs which is great because it allows me to host my own KB on my own website. It’s also highly customizable without needing to touch any code or CSS!

    And as for the customer service and support – it blew my mind. I asked for some help customizing the backlinks in this plugins breadcrumbs as it was the only thing about the KB I didn’t like. But the devs wrote me a custom function within a day and somehow always manage to respond to all my emails within 30 minutes! That’s unheard of!

    Hi @jmbronson!

    Thanks to your request the next coming release of BasePress will include an improved breadcrumbs with the option to add the home and/or parent page to the breadcrumbs.
